7-day exchange window

If a piece isn't right, message us on WhatsApp within 7 days of delivery with your order number and an unboxing photo/video. We'll arrange an exchange for a different size, colour, or item.

Conditions

• Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original tags.
• Jewellery and personalised items are exchange-only for damage in transit.
• Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method.
